Our pricing structure is simple and there are no hidden costs. Please consult the table below and find out what our services will cost. We invoice per standard page as defined by VG Wort (1500 characters including spaces). As listed below, we offer reduced rates in various cases.

Rates for Editing per Standard Page

• Reductions for long texts: We offer reductions for texts longer than 20 000 words. Please consult us for prices.

• Reductions for students without research funding: We offer reduced rates for students who do not have research funding. Please consult us for prices.

• Reductions for very good texts: In cases where the quality of writing is already very high, for example if the paper has been edited before, we will charge lower rates.

• Editing by two editors: In case you would like your paper to be checked by two editors - a primary editor and a proof reader - we will charge an extra 25 % on the original price.

• Personal writing consultancy via skype: If you would like to discuss specific parts of your paper or get individual advice on how to improve your writing skills, you can make an appointment with your editor and speak to him or her in person. Please consult us for prices.

For business and university customers we will invoice you after the paper has been delivered. The invoice has to be settled within two weeks. For private customers, 50 % of the invoice is due before we start editing, the balance is due after the paper has been delivered. The invoice has to be settled within two weeks. Please note: According to the § 19 UStG, we do not charge German sales tax and consequently do not account for it.
